It is the middle of the day in Summer, and Hailey has requested to go outside for a walk. All the doors to outside are kept locked for safety, so she cannot go outside without support from a carer. The carer supporting Hailey has recently had a skin cancer removed, and has said no she can’t go outside because it is too hot.
