This pack of coaching cards contains 40 cards each with an illustrated image depicting a feeling or emotion. The deck comes with a user guide that details how the cards can be used in a variety of exercises in both group and individual settings. Feelings and emotions exist throughout our lifespan. Sometimes we can express these verbally and other times not; nonetheless, they are important. These coaching cards are an incredible tool for raising self awareness, stimulating conversation and helping people to share how they feel.

By understanding the relationship between emotions and our feelings, we create emotional awareness. When we harness this knowledge, we can build relationships and create connections with greater meaning. So, our emotions help us understand feelings in ourselves and interpret feelings in others who are not necessarily able to articulate more clearly. By increasing our emotional awareness we increase the understanding of human behaviour.

Experiencing feelings and emotions (both positive and not so positive) are normal for us all. The challenge is how we create meaning from our emotions and feelings which improve our wellbeing. These coaching cards will begin the journey in being able to recognise, respect and accept your feelings. It’s time to learn the language of emotions!
