About Mindfulness Meditation

This technique will take you through your five senses to help remind you of the present. This is a calming technique that can help you get through tough or stressful situations. All you need is a quiet space where you can be alone for those five minutes. Sit upright, rest your hands-on top of your thighs, and make sure you’re comfortable. Next, breathe slowly and deeply, and follow these five steps.
